Superior Alpha Finance Assignment

"Scandic Pension" commits 150 EURm and "Miami Endowment" 450 EURm commits to the new private equity fund "Superior Alpha" which raises 600 EURm for two investments. The GP agreed with the LPs a 90/10 carry split as well as an annual hurdle rate of 6% with a management fee of 3% on committed capital (payable at the end of each year) as well as a European waterfall including 100?tch-up.
