The literature review should have made the case of conducting this research. The skills, competencies and responsibilities of construction project professionals, and some existing review of job adverstisement research (which you did) to justify the research gap. Please try to understand the difference between methodology and method. The methodology section requires substaintial improvement. There will be no online interviews. You will not be collecting primary data. You will be working with the secondary data extracted from the job advertisements. The diagram on the methodology slide is not clear. You will be doing a content analysis of the job adverts which may include both quantitative and qualitative date. Your research method is to identify job advertisements and perform content analysis which may have both qualitative and quantitative data. You need to be very clear about the selection criteria of job advertisements. You may would like to use a systematic litearture review. Please be clear about the data analysis technique. It follows a range of steps.

Project management implementation plan (1000 words): addressing core PM areas. MS Project must be used to develop Gantt chart.
Conclusion, limitations and expected outcomes and implications
Reflective & contribution statement by each group member (300-500 words): explain your contribution to the pair work and evaluate pair dynamics and summarise experiences, feelings, and reactions in completing this unit and approaches to deal with incurred risks or delays and comment on the resources or feedback you found to be helpful or unhelpful in completing the assessment tasks.
