Ltd. booked a truck with VLV Transport Co.'s, a renowned transport company in Bangalore. Examine if VLV Transport Co. can terminate the agreement if the truck does not turn up for the below mentioned reasons, on the grounds of doctrine of frustration (Impossibility of performance). a. On the morning of 25th April, VLV Transport discovered that they had forgotten to renew the road tax on the vehicle, and do not have another transport vehicle available. 
b. VLV on its way to VK Medical Device Pvt. Ltd., met with an accident and the journey could not be complete.Raghav wants to start a sole entrepreneurship in the field of digital marketing and advertising called Jumbos in India.

Now Macrosoft Corporation wants to restrain them from continuing their business, and also to claim damages of Rs. 25,00,000 for running competitive business for six month violating the restrictive contract they had with Macrosoft Solutions Corporation - Decide.
