The guidelines for the Academic Literacy: An Introduction course are as follows (other courses may differ, so it is always essential to check with tutors): Before you upload your assignment, check the following list, to ensure that it meets the presentation standards required. Where possible, save and upload your assignments as an editable Word-compatible document so that your tutor can offer you constructive feedback on the assignment itself. You should receive an email within two weeks of the deadline explaining where and how you can access your assignment feedback on Moodle. Include the standard text features (not included in the word count) which readers expect at the beginning of an academic piece of work, possibly on a coversheet, depending on the specific course instructions: 1. Produce the information as follows: The course name Your name The assignment number The title of the essay/assignment Numbered and identifiable pages (in the header or footer) 2. The title must be in italics and/or bold, not underlined and without a full-stop at the end. 3. The whole assignment should be typed in the same font, size 12 or 14, including the reference list 4. Use double-spacing. 5. Leave an extra line space between paragraphs. 6. For an academic essay with a low word count, no secondary headings, illustrations or bullet points should be used unless bullet-points or charts are acceptable, according to the instructions for the task. 7. Ensure that your work is fully referenced. Use referential language, or present in-text citations as follows: (Crystal, 2021). Avoid using automatic in-text citations, so that your tutor can edit them, and offer you relevant feedback. For every in-text citation, include the full citation in the reference list. 8. Give the word count at the end of your text, before your reference list. 9. Keep to the stipulated word count according to the instructions and Student Handbook. Please make a note of the stipulated and exact word count on every written assignment for this course. 10. Leave line spaces between references in your reference list, and do not number the references. Check the Harvard Reference guide for instructions/layout/punctuation/ordering. The instructions for the course of academic literacy include 1.Title page that should have the course name, student name, assignment number, title of the assignment and numbered pages in the header or footer. 2.The title should be bold or italic without a full stop at the end. 3.The entire assignment should be type in the same font of size 12 or 14 that also includes a reference list. 4.Use double spacing. 5.Leave an extra line between the paragraphs. 6.Don't use any secondary headings. This is a good plan Harveen, just make sure that you discuss the proposed solutions in the body of your essay before putting them forward in your conclusion. You have based your argumentson relevant research, however none of it is current. You should be looking for articles dated 2020 onwards because science or attitudes mayhave changed. Use Google Scholar which is an easy place to start. For example:

I look forward to your assignment.Well done Harveen ????
