I appreciate your input, I agree. I was looking over other questions that give more to what I am trying to look at.
This is what I had down last night (just my notes):
Teacher support is important for professional development, especially as a graduate teacher. What effective strategies are used to explicitly teach to encourage student engagement? What behaviour strategies are useful to help engage students?
I believe keeping students engaged is key to effective teaching and learning.
Engagement and behaviour, I am reasonably comfortable in the classroom and work with students with behaviour issues, to be a good teacher, how can I be always improving my practices, through collaboration.
Collaboration helps to build confidence and develops knowledge, but yes how would I be able to effectively demonstrate this in the action plan.
Thank you.
Would this be a better question:
How does explicit teaching maximise student engagement?
This is what I want to become as a teacher, I want to teach explicitly so students are getting straight to the point learning, through being a school officer and a netball coach I find it is important to be straight about the message you are trying to get across. Time is limited in the classroom and it is important to maximise the learning experience, through explicit, fun and exciting teachings.

Please note:
The Uni requires peer-reviewed articles are within the past 10 years and has a lot of cited numbers as it shows it is credible. Please ensure the articles are from primary schools so they are within the level of education qualified to teach.
Please remember there has to be referencing throughout with several authors. I do not mean to question peoples work.
These are articles I have found if this is helpful at all. There needs to be 15 peer-reviewed articles, they can not be from a book, they have to be actual articles.
