transformation is important for business organisation.

Adopting a technology is not the only step in DT. What other steps are important for the organisation to succeed in the strategic decision. Explain the steps involved in achieving the success.

This section should focus on what steps contribute to DT. The section should also contribute to how success can be achieved. It should focus on how the steps should be implemented in achieving success in DT.

DT is not a single entity. While companies focus on the complete organisation transformation, they fail to pay attention on what type of transformation they need. Discuss on the types of DT and provide two case studies as examples for each type.

This section should focus on complete transformation rather than just discussing about the technologies. Writing just about the technologies is not sufficient. They should briefly discuss about the transformation type and present the discussion with two sample case studies.

This section should focus on reason for failure in DT. Any

particular factor such as not choosing the appropriate strategy

or not adopting the right technology could possibly result in

failure of the DT. Student needs to support their discussion

with case study examples.
