Hypothetical Scenario
LTH development (Le, the client organisation) has initiated several residential projects and your company has been shortlisted for constructing one of the projects. However, before awarding the contract, the client team wishes to further understand and assess how your construction team plans to manage the project. As such, your team has been assigned with a task to develop a simplified project management plan for constructing the residential project and has access to a set of architectural drawings.
As part of our agreement, your team is REQUIRED to present your preliminary PMP to the client representatives in approximate one-month time; where further details about presentation schedule will be provided in due course.

- A procurement management plan on how your project team will acquire goods and services externally in completing the project including developing relevant Scope of Work (SOW) documents.
- A risk management plan that includes, but is not limited to, the risk register, risk analysis and risk response strategies.
- A stakeholder management plan that includes, but is not limited to, stakeholder register
