Word Count: 1500-1800 words
You are required to submit a detailed evaluation report on ONE of two supervision models: Kadushin OR Morton-Cooper & Palmer. The report should critically assess the chosen model, including its principles, application, strengths, limitations, and relevance to contemporary practice in community services.
The report should have a clear structure with a title and a table of contents. Begin with an introduction that outlines the role of supervision in professional practice and introduces your chosen model. Include the aim of your report. Next, provide an overview of the model, detailing its key features, theoretical framework, and application context from the literature. Include a critical evaluation that addresses the model's strengths and limitations, supported by scholarly evidence. Conclude with a discussion on how the model can be applied in the community service context, with specific considerations on how you would integrate its principles into your future practice, both from the perspective of a supervisor and a supervisee.
Your submission must include at least ten (10) scholarly journal articles in addition to any relevant textbook references. Use APA 7 referencing style. Do NOT utilise sources such as www.tutor2u.com and other such web materials as these in no way constitute academic references for the purpose of your assignments. If you rely on such sources for theoretical support you will be deemed NOT to have met the requirements of the assessment.
