You are required to write an academic ‘Essay’ discussing and critically evaluating one of the following topics:

• The significance and impact of values in Project Management; or

• The role of emotions in Project Management

In your ‘Essay’ you will need to cover two main components:

1. Summarise the key themes from the academic journals on your chosen topic; and

2. Discuss how your chosen topic is relevant for Project Managers based on your research of the academic articles.
