Topic that I choose for literature review: "Empowering Educators: The Role of Leadership in Early Childhood Setting"
This will include:
Identification of a conceptualising early childhood leadership and management topic or issue that you are personally interested in as an early childhood professional.
Creation of a thesis question on your topic or issue requiring further exploration.
Once your topic or issue and thesis question are approved you will:
Gather literary evidence to conduct and write a literature review on your thesis question.
Critically examine the research findings within your literary evidence.
Provide strategies and skills that future early childhood managers and leaders require to operate viable services.
Conclude your literature review by answering your thesis question.
