Readthebelowcasestudyandhighlight/takenotesoftheimportantinformation.The following case study is based on a true event that happened recently in Australia.The names and some details have been changed to maintain confidentiality of thoseinvolved.

Step2.

You must respond to the following two questions about the case study. Each responseneedsto beapproximately 600 words each.

Question1:

Identify one ethical and one legal factor that has been breached in thissituationandexplainhoweachhavebeenbreached (600words).

Question2:

Identify and explain two relevant aspects of the Code of Conduct and theCodeofEthicsforNursesthat werenotupheldinthisscenario (600words).

Step 3. You need to include references for Questions 1 and 2. This includes therequirement of using in-text citations in your responses and including a reference listat the end of your assignment. The reference list needs to be on the next page afteryouhaveresponded to Question 1 and 2.
