Prepare a Research Report on An Organization With A Range Of Diverse Programs

Find an organization in your community and research the referral pathways for their child, youth and/or family services. This is a great opportunity to call or visit your local services and interview them. Aim to research an organization with a range of diverse programs, this will ensure that you have enough content to fill 2000 words. Analyse and compare their protocols and pathways using the knowledge you have gained from the assessment and intervention processes discussed in your lectures. This includes utilizing research methods and community work theories. You will need to provide at least five academic references throughout your report.

Your report should be structured as follows:

• Executive summary - a synopsis of your key findings and recommendations.
• Introduction- a brief description of what you're evaluating, the purpose of your evaluation and the methods you've used (eg surveys, interviews)
• Findings and discussion - information on what you delivered, how you delivered it and what outcomes occurred.
• Recommendations actions that need to be taken to respond to the evaluation findings
• Bibliography.
